The Flazz Top Up feature is offered to customers through SOL Mobile Banking, allowing customers to top up their BCA Flazz card balance using funds from the account connected to Bank Shinhan Indonesia's SOL Mobile Banking. Flazz Top Up can be performed using a mobile phone that supports Near Field Communication (NFC) technology.

Currently, the Flazz Top Up feature in SOL Mobile Banking is still in a limited trial period and is only available to selected customers participating in the limited trial. The Flazz Top Up feature will be available to all SOL Mobile Banking customers after receiving approval from the relevant regulatory authority.

Before performing a Top Up Flazz transaction via SOL Mobile Banking, please ensure that the NFC feature on your mobile phone is activated.  After logging in to the SOL Mobile Banking application, customers can follow these steps to top up their Flazz Card balance:

1. Tap the Hamburger Menu located at the top-right corner of the main screen.
2. Select the Flazz feature under the Transaction menu.
3. The customer will be directed to the Top Up Flazz screen.
   During limited trial period, before accessing the Top up Flazz screen, customers will be required to provide consent for participation in the limited trial.
4. Tap your Flazz Card on the back of your mobile device.
5. The system will display your Flazz Card balance and transaction history. Then, tap Top Up.
6. Select or enter the desired top-up amount.
7. Review and confirm your transaction details, including source of funds, Flazz Card Number, top up amount, and transaction fee.
8. Enter your M-OTP PIN to authorize the transaction.
9. Once authorization is successful, you will be prompted to tap your Flazz Card on your mobile device again.
10. The Top Up Flazz transaction is completed, and your Flazz Card balance will be updated.
11. The Top Up Flazz transaction record will appear in your transaction history after the next card scan.

   Customer can top up their Flazz Card through the SOL Mobile Banking application.
2. What is the minimum top up amount?
   The minimum top up amount is IDR 20,000 (twenty thousand rupiah)
3. What is the maximum balance that can be stored on my Flazz Card?
   A Flazz Card can hold a balance of up to IDR 2,000,000 (two million rupiah)
4. Can I top up using a USD account as the source of funds?
   Currently, the Top Up Flazz feature only supports Rupiah (IDR) accounts as the source of funds.
5. Can I perform a Top Up Flazz transaction using any type of mobile phone?
   The Top Up Flazz feature can only be accessed using a smartphone with NFC (Near Field Communication) capability, which is required to read your Flazz Card information.
6. Is there maximum number or total amount of top up I can perform?
   Customer can top up up to IDR 20,000,000 (twenty million rupiah) per Flazz Card within a one-month period.
