Program period: September, 05th – October, 31st 2022
To participate in this program “PACUAN up to IDR 100k*!!”, the Customer is required to understand and agree to the General Terms and Conditions, as follows:
This program applies to existing Customers of Bank Shinhan Indonesia who are registered on SOL Indonesia application.
Existing Customers can provide a promo code in the form of a mobile number registered on SOL Indonesia application to Prospective Customers who open an online account on SOL Indonesia application.
Existing Customers will get cashback of IDR 10,000 per new Customer who successfully opens an online account using the promo code of the existing Customer and makes financial transactions at least 1x with a minimum transaction of IDR 25,000 during the period.
Maximum cashback for existing Customers during the program period is IDR 100,000 (Successfully invited 10 new customers and made financial transactions)
New Customer who opens an account on SOL Indonesia application by using a promo code (existing Customer's mobile phone number registered on SOL Indonesia application) and made minimum financial transaction of IDR 25,000, then new Customer will get a cashback of IDR 10,000 per transaction.
Maximum cashback for new Customers during the program period is IDR 50,000 (5x financial transactions)
The financial transactions are transfer transactions (Online, SKN, RTGS), purchase, bill payment, e-money top up (Gopay and OVO), and QRIS. Make sure the new Customer opens an account using a promo code from an existing Customer and makes financial transactions with a minimum transaction of IDR 25,000.
Cashback will be disbursed to an active Bank Shinhan Indonesia account is no later than 14 (fourteen) working days for existing Customers and new Customers.
Cashback quota for new eligible Customers is 2,000 Customers.
Cashback quota for existing Customers is only for 2,000 quota of new Customers who successfully open an account and make transactions.
If the quota has been run out, the program is no longer valid.
Customer can make complaints on banking services or transactions through Bank Shinhan Indonesia branch offices or through Call Center 1500-881.
If it is later discovered that the documents submitted in the SOL Indonesia application are fake or incorrect and are used for fraudulent transactions or to accommodate the proceeds of crime, then Bank Shinhan Indonesia is authorized to close the account and/or access the Customer's SOL Indonesia application, and has the right to make cancellation of giving CGV voucher and bonus (balance) to the Customer.
Other provisions related to products and/or services, as long as they are not regulated differently in these General Terms and Conditions are declared to remain valid and binding on the Customer.
The Customer hereby agrees that Bank Shinhan Indonesia has the right at any time to correct/amend/complete/update the Terms and Conditions of this program with notification to the Customer who is informed through the media available at Bank Shinhan Indonesia.
The Customer has read and understood the contents of the Terms and Conditions of this Program, and all statements, warranties, Terms and Conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions are true and correct, and therefore no further interpretation is required.
The Customer is fully responsible for everything related to the Customer's activities on the SOL Indonesia application, including opening accounts and transactions on the SOL Indonesia application. Use by unauthorized parties and all consequences and losses that arise remain the responsibility and risk of the Customer.
Bank Shinhan Indonesia is released from responsibility for forgery, fraud, abuse or other acts committed by other/third parties for this program. Make sure the Customer is careful and is not deceived by people acting on behalf of Bank Shinhan Indonesia by promising gifts/other forms of prizes.
The Customer releases Bank Shinhan Indonesia from all kinds of lawsuits that may arise in the future.
In line with the increasing variety and model of digital transformation, Bank Shinhan Indonesia's Customers to always be careful of every transaction process by keeping the confidentiality of Password, PIN, OTP, and personal data, not giving any data to other parties that have the potential to occur fraud or other cybercrimes.
These Terms and Conditions are made in two languages, Indonesian and English. If there are questions or differences in interpretation or meaning related to these Terms and Conditions, the Indonesian language shall prevail.
