PT Bank Shinhan Indonesia provides cashback of IDR 50,000 (fifty thousand rupiah) for the first 2.500 Customers who have successfully activated, in accordance with the Activate SOL User and Get Cashback(“Program”) Terms and Conditions as below.

This program is valid for new individual customer and existing customer of PT Bank Shinhan Indonesia who have not activated SOL Indonesia.
New customers or existing customers required to activate SOL Indonesia and make a minimum of 1 (one) financial transaction* via SOL Indonesia application within a maximum of 7 calendar days after the account opening is approved by PT Bank Shinhan Indonesia or after SOL registration is complete.
Cashback disbursement is no later than 14 (fourteen) working days to customer who meet the requirements.
Cashback is only for the first 2.500 eligible customer.
Customer can make complaints on banking services / transactions through PT Bank Shinhan Indonesia branch offices or Call Center 1500-881.
Other provisions related to products and / or services, as long as they are not regulated differently in these Terms and Conditions are declared to remain valid and binding on the Customer.
If there are reports of indications of fraud / transaction irregularities, PT Bank Shinhan Indonesia has the right to cancel the cashback to customer.
Customer hereby agrees that PT Bank Shinhan Indonesia at any time has the right to improve/change/complete the Terms and Conditions of this Program without prior notification to the customer, where the changes will be informed via media that available at PT Bank Shinhan Indonesia.
Customer have read and understood fully the contents of this Terms and Conditions of this Program, and that all representations, warranties, terms and conditions contained in this Terms and Conditions are correct and accurate, and therefore it is not needed any further interpretation on them.
All forms of fraud or other acts committed by other / third parties associated with this Program are outside the authority of PT Bank Shinhan Indonesia. Ensure that the Customer is careful and is not deceived by unscrupulous persons on behalf of PT Bank Shinhan Indonesia by promising gift / other forms of agreement.
Customer waives PT Bank Shinhan Indonesia from all kinds of lawsuits that may arise in the future.
This terms and condition is made in two languages, the Indonesian language and English language. If there is any discrepancy or misinterpretation between the Indonesian version and the English version, the Indonesian version shall prevail.
