CASHBACK Giveaway from SOL!!

SOL Indonesia comes back with a cashback giveaway of IDR 50,000 for a new prospective customer who opens an account on SOL Indonesia Application, and also for existing customer who has already had an account and then activate SOL Indonesia.

There is an additional cashback up to IDR 50,000 for existing customer who provides a referral code in the form of a mobile phone number for a new prospective customer who will open an account through SOL Indonesia Application !!

Program period: May 23rd, 2022 – July 31st, 2022

To participate in this program, the customer is required to read, understand and agree to the General Terms and Conditions, as follows:

  • The program “CASHBACK Giveaway from SOL” is divided into 2 (two) criteria:


     A. CASHBACK 50K

  1. This program applies to the prospective individual customer who is not Bank Shinhan Indonesia’s customer and open an account online through SOL Indonesia Application.
  2. This program also applies to an existing customer of Bank Shinhan Indonesia who has already had an account and then activate SOL Indonesia during the program period (customer has never activated SOL Indonesia before).
  3. The new prospective customer and the existing customer must perform at least 1 financial transaction through SOL Indonesia Application within a maximum of 7 (seven) calendar days after the account opening is approved by Bank Shinhan Indonesia or after SOL Indonesia activation has been done.
  4. Cashback will be disbursed to an active customer’s account at Bank Shinhan Indonesia, no later than 14 (fourteen) working days to the eligible customer, since the account opening is approved by Bank Shinhan Indonesia or after SOL Indonesia activation has been done.
  5. Cashback quota is for the first 3,000 eligible customers and one customer is only entitled to get cashback once during this program.

     

     B. MEMBER GETS MEMBER

  1. This program only applies to an existing customer of Bank Shinhan Indonesia who has activated SOL Indonesia Application.
  2. The existing customer can give a referral code in the form of a mobile phone number that has been registered on SOL Indonesia to a new prospective customer who will open an online account on SOL Indonesia. 
  3. The existing customer who gives a referral code must have a minimum balance of IDR 50,000 in a savings account that is registered on SOL Indonesia when the cashback is processed by Bank Shinhan Indonesia.
  4. The existing customer will get a cashback of IDR 10,000 for every approved online account opening, using the existing customer referral code, apply in multiples with a maximum cashback of IDR 50,000
  5. Cashback will be disbursed to an active customer’s account at Bank Shinhan Indonesia, no later than 14 (fourteen) working days, after a new customer using the existing customer’s referral code has activated and made financial transactions at least once within a maximum of 7 (seven) calendar days after account opening on SOL Indonesia Application.
  6. Cashback quota is for the first 2,000 eligible customers who receive a referral.

 

  • If it is later discovered that the documents submitted in the SOL Indonesia Application are fake or incorrect and are used for fraudulent transactions or to accommodate the proceeds of crime, then Bank Shinhan Indonesia is authorized to close the account and/or access the customer's SOL Indonesia Application, and has the right to make cancellation of giving cashback to customer. 
  • The financial transactions that have to be performed by customers to be eligible for the program, include IDR transfer (Online, SKN, RTGS), foreign currency transfer to other bank accounts, payment, purchase, or e-money top-up.
  • The customer can make complaints on banking services or transactions through Bank Shinhan Indonesia branch offices or through Call Center 1500-881.
  • Other provisions that are related to products and/or services, as long as they are not regulated differently in these General Terms and Conditions are declared to remain valid and binding on the customer.
  • The customer hereby agrees that Bank Shinhan Indonesia has the right at any time to correct/change/complete/update the Terms and Conditions of this program with prior notifications to the customer that will be informed through the available media of Bank Shinhan Indonesia.
  • The customer has read and understood the Terms and Conditions of this program, and all statements, warranties, terms, and conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions are true and correct, and therefore no further interpretation is required.
  • The customer is fully responsible for everything related to customer activities on the SOL Indonesia Application, including opening an account and transactions on SOL Indonesia Application. Usage by unauthorized parties and all consequences and losses that arise are still the responsibility and risk of the customer.
  • Bank Shinhan Indonesia is released from the responsibility for forgery, fraud, abuse, or other acts committed by other/third parties related to this program. The customer needs to be careful and not misguided by an unscrupulous person on behalf of Bank Shinhan Indonesia by promising gifts or other forms of gifts.
  • The customer releases Bank Shinhan Indonesia from all kinds of lawsuits that may arise in the future.
  • In line with the increasing variety and digital transformation model, Bank Shinhan Indonesia’s customers should always be careful of every transaction process, by keeping Password, PIN, OTP, and personal data confidential and not providing any data to other parties that have the potential of causing fraud or other cybercrime. 
  • These Terms and Conditions are made in two languages, Indonesian and English. If there are questions or differences in interpretation or meaning related to these Terms and Conditions, the Indonesian language shall prevail.

FREE transaction fee up to 30x every month

The following change in transaction fee promotion policy, effective 1 February 2021, whereby the new transaction fee promotion policy (except remittance) will be based on customer’s saving and current accounts average balance in the previous month.

ATM

FREE transaction fee up to 20x every month

The following change in transaction fee promotion policy, effective 1 February 2021, whereby the new transaction fee promotion policy (withdrawal, balance inquiry and transfer and decline fee in ATM in Indonesia using Prima & ATM Bersama network) based on customer’s saving and current accounts average balance in the previous month.
