NONTON and JAJAN get CASHBACK up to 100%

Enjoy the experience of watching movies and buying foods in XXI Cafe easier and save your money by using QRIS payment in SOL Indonesia Application.  Customers will get cashback up to 100% for movie ticket payment (offline) and/or foods and beverages purchase in XXI café, with payment using QRIS in SOL Indonesia Application.

Program Period : May 22nd – August 31st 2023

To participate in this program “NONTON & JAJAN get CASHBACK up to 100%”, Customers is required to understand and agree to the General Terms and Conditions, as follows:

  1. This program only applies for Prospective Customer who opens account online in Shinhan Bank Indonesia through SOL Indonesia Application by using promo code “XXI”.
  2. After opening an account, the Customer who makes transaction for the first time to buy ticket (offline) in XXI outlet or purchase food beverage in XXI Cafe using QRIS on SOL Indonesia Application will get cashback IDR 30,000.
  3. The Customer will get additional cashback IDR 10,000 per transaction if Customer makes another payment transactions (offline) in XXI outlet or XXI Cafe using QRIS on SOL Indonesia Application.
  4. Minimum QRIS payment transaction is IDR 30,000.
  5. Maximum cashback for Customer during period program is IDR 60,000.
  6. Cashback is only for the first 1,000 Customers during the period program.
  7. The transaction that will get cashback are the transaction with a successful status.
  8. The promotion is valid for deluxe or regular studio ticket purchase and also food and beverage purchase in XXI café.
  9. Cashback will be disbursed to Customer account within maximum of 7 working days after transaction has been made.
  10. Cashback will be disbursed to active Shinhan Bank Indonesia account in IDR currency.
  11. This program cannot combined with other online account opening promotion via SOL Indonesia Application.
  12. Other provisions related to products and/or services, as long as they are not regulated differently in these General Terms and Conditions, are declared to remain valid and binding on the Customer.
  13. Customer can make complaints on banking services or transactions through Shinhan Bank Indonesia branch offices or through call center 1500-881.
  14. Bank can anytime to correct/change/complete/update term and condition of this program with notifications through the available media of Bank.
  15. If it is later discovered that the documents submitted in the SOL Indonesia Application are fake or incorrect and are used for fraudulent transactions or to accommodate the proceeds of crime (violate applicable laws and regulations) and not in accordance with the provisions of the Implementation of the Anti-Money Laundering Program and the Prevention of AML-CFT Terrorism Funding, then is authorized and approval from the Customer to close and block the account and/or access the customer's SOL Indonesia Application, and has the right to make cancellation of giving cashback to customer.
  16. All Correspondence to the Customer will be addressed to the address registered at the Bank. The change of address will not apply if the notification in writing along with the supporting evidence has not been received by the Bank and all consequences are not the responsibility of the Bank
  17. The customer has read and understood the Terms and Conditions of this program, and all statement, warranties, terms and conditions that contained in these Terms and Conditions are true and correct, and therefore no further interpretation is required.
  18. The customer is fully responsible for everything related to customer activities on the SOL Indonesia Application, including opening account and transaction on SOL Indonesia Application. Usage by unauthorized parties and all consequences and losses that arise are still the responsibility and risk of the customer.
  19. Bank is released from the responsibility for forgery, fraud, abuse or another acts committed by other/third parties related to this program. Customer needs to be careful and is not misguided by unscrupulous person on behalf of Bank by promising gift or other forms of gift.
  20. The customer releases Bank from all kinds of lawsuits that may arise in the future.
  21. In line with the increasing variety and digital transformation model, Bank customer’s should always be careful of every transaction process, by keeping Password, PIN, OTP and personal data confidential and not providing any data to other parties that have the potential of causing fraud or other cybercrime.

These Terms and Conditions are made in two languages, Indonesian and English. If there are statement/questions or differences in interpretation or meaning related to these Terms and Conditions, the Indonesian language shall prevail.

The program is only valid in the attached cinema
