Program period : March, 01st -  June, 31st 2023


To participate in this program, the customer is required to understand and agree to the General Term and Conditions, as follows :

  1. This program applies to existing customers (Referee) of Bank Shinhan Indonesia (hereinafter referred to as ‘’Bank’’) who are registered on SOL Indonesia Application.
  2. The existing customers (Referee) can provide a promo code in the form of a mobile number registered on SOL Indonesia Application to prospective customers (referrer) who open an online account on SOL Indonesia Application.
  3. The new customer (Referrer) must input a promo code (mobile number registered on SOL Indonesia Application) from existing customer (Referee) in the promo code column when open an online account.
  4. The existing customer (Referee) must ensure that new customer (referrer) has been approved to open an account online and made minimum 1 (one) financial transaction such as Payment, Purchase, Top Up E-Wallet, and QRIS payment with a minimum transaction of IDR 25,000 by SOL Indonesia Application.
  5. The existing customer (Referee) must have a deposit balance on saving account minimum IDR 100,000 (excluding time deposit or planning saving account ) and maintain the balance until end of the month.
  6. The existing customer (Referee) will get cashback of IDR 10,000 for each eligible online an account opening, with a maximum cashback of IDR 100,000 per month
  7. Cashback disbursement to an active Customer account at Bank will be disbursed 1 (once) a month, that is maximum 10 (ten) working days after the end of the month.
  8. Cashback quota is for the first 3,000 eligible customer who receive promo code.
  9. The program does not apply to employees of Bank Shinhan Indonesia
  10. If it is later discovered that the documents submitted in the SOL Indonesia Application are fake or incorrect and are used for fraudulent transactions or to accommodate the proceeds of crime (violate applicable laws and regulations) and not in accordance with the provisions of the Implementation of the Anti-Money Laundering Program and the Prevention of AML-CFT Terrorism Funding, then is authorized and approval from the Customer to close and block the account and/or access the customer's SOL Indonesia Application, and has the right to make cancellation of giving cashback to customer.
  11. All Correspondence to the Customer will be addressed to the address registered at the Bank. The change of address will not apply if the notification in writing along with the supporting evidence has not been received by the Bank and all consequences are not the responsibility of the Bank.
  12. The customer can make complaints on banking services or transactions through Bank Shinhan Indonesia branch offices or through Call Center 1500-881.
  13. Other provisions that related to products and/or services, as long as they are not regulated differently in these General Terms and Conditions are declared to remain valid and binding on the customer.
  14. The customer hereby agrees that Bank has the right at any time to correct/change/complete/ update the Terms and Conditions of this program with prior notifications to the customer that will be informed through the available media of Bank.
  15. The customer has read and understood the Terms and Conditions of this program, and all statement, warranties, terms and conditions that contained in these Terms and Conditions are true and correct, and therefore no further interpretation is required.
  16. The customer is fully responsible for everything related to customer activities on the SOL Indonesia Application, including opening account and transaction on SOL Indonesia Application. Usage by unauthorized parties and all consequences and losses that arise are still the responsibility and risk of the customer.
  17. Bank is released from the responsibility for forgery, fraud, abuse or another acts committed by other/third parties related to this program. Customer needs to be careful and is not misguided by unscrupulous person on behalf of Bank by promising gift or other forms of gift.
  18. The customer releases Bank from all kinds of lawsuits that may arise in the future.
  19. In line with the increasing variety and digital transformation model, Bank customer’s should always be careful of every transaction process, by keeping Password, PIN, OTP and personal data confidential and not providing any data to other parties that have the potential of causing fraud or other cybercrime.
  20. These Terms and Conditions are made in two languages, Indonesian and English. If there are statement/questions or differences in interpretation or meaning related to these Terms and Conditions, the Indonesian language shall prevail.
