Download the SOL Indonesia Application on the Playstore or Appstore, open an online account with the reference code “GP”, Let’s activate and make financial transactions on the SOL Indonesia Application to get 50,000 free Getplus Points from Bank Shinhan which can be redeemed on your Getplus application.


Program period: March 8th  – May 31st 2023


To participate in the "SHINHAN GIVEAWAY 50.000 Getplus Point" program, the Customer is required to understand and agree to the general terms and conditions as follows :

  1. This program only applies for Prospective New Customers of Bank Shinhan Indonesia who successfully open an online account on the SOL Indonesia application and using the reference code ''GP''.
  2. New customers have to be an Indonesian Citizen (WNI) who have a valid E-KTP.
  3. New customers who have successfully opened an online account, activated it and complete at least 1 transaction with the SOL Indonesia Application will get a Getplus Voucher worth 50,000 points.
  4. The transactions include, E-Money Top up, Payments, Purchases and QRIS Payment on the SOL Indonesia application with a minimum value of IDR 10,000 within 7 calendar days after the account is active.
  5. Getplus Vouchers will be sent via SMS to the Customer's mobile number registered on the SOL Indonesia Application within 14 working days.
  6. Getplus Vouchers can be redeemed by customers who have registered as Getplus Members through the Getplus application.
  7. The Getplus Voucher is only valid for 1 time redemption.
  8. This program cannot be combined with other SOL Indonesia account opening programs.
  9. Getplus Voucher Quota is limited to the first 1,000 new customers during the program period.
  10. Other provisions related to products and/or services, as long as they are declared to remain valid and binding on the Customer.
  11. Customer can make inquiry or complaints on banking services or transactions through Bank Shinhan Indonesia branch offices or through call center 1500-881.
  12. If at a later date Bank Shinhan Indonesia discovered that the documents submitted in the Indonesian SOL Application are fake or incorrect and/or used for fraudulent transactions or to accommodate the proceeds of crime, (violate other laws and regulations) and not in accordance with the provisions of the Implementation of the Anti-Money Laundering Program and the Prevention of AML-CFT Terrorism Funding, then Bank is authorized and approval from the Customer  to close and block the account and/or access the Customer's SOL Indonesia application, and has the right to make cancellation of giving CGV voucher and bonus (balance) to the Customer.
  13. All Correspondence to the Customer will be addressed to the address registered at the Bank. The change of address will not apply if the notification in writing along with the supporting evidence has not been received by the Bank and all consequences are not the responsibility of the Bank.
  14. The Customer hereby agrees that Bank Shinhan Indonesia has the right at any time to correct/change/complete/update the Terms and Conditions of this Program by notify to the Customer the information via the available communication media at Bank Shinhan Indonesia.
  15. The customer has read and understood the contents of these Program Terms and Conditions, and all statements, guarantees, Terms and Conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions are true and correct, and therefore no further interpretation is required.
  16. The customer is fully responsible for everything related to the customer's activities on the SOL Indonesia Application, such as opening accounts or make transactions on the SOL Indonesia Application. Use by unauthorized parties and all consequences and losses that arise are the responsibility and risk of the customer.
  17. Bank Shinhan Indonesia is released from responsibility for forgery, fraud, abuse or other acts committed by other/third parties for this program. We advised customer to be careful and not deceived by persons acting on behalf of Bank Shinhan Indonesia by promising gifts/other forms of gifts.
  18. The customer releases Bank Shinhan Indonesia from all kinds of lawsuits that may arise in the future.
  19. In line with the increasing variety and models of digital transformation, Bank Shinhan Indonesia customers are requires to always be careful of every transaction process they do by keeping save the confidentiality of passwords, PINs, OTPs and personal data, and by not giving any data to other parties that have the potential to occur fraud or other cybercrimes.
  20. These Terms and Conditions are made in two languages, Indonesian and English. If there are questions or differences in interpretation or meaning related to these Terms and Conditions, the Indonesian language shall prevail.
